Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries within the European Union. If your country isn’t available at checkout, feel free to contact us — we’re working on expanding our coverage.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is between 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to supply chain delays, customs checks, or local logistics.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all orders within the European Union.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you're a customer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Please refer to our policy  for full details and conditions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
