EURAID is an independent initiative offering emergency supplies based on official EU preparedness guidelines. Our goal is to help citizens across Europe be ready for unexpected situations like power outages, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.

🌍 Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to most countries within the European Union. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us — we’re expanding!

🚚 How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free within the European Union.
No surprises at checkout — we want preparation to be accessible to everyone.

🕒 How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Processing time is usually 1–3 business days.

🔄 Can I return my order?

Yes. EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

🧾 Will I get a receipt or invoice?

Yes, a digital invoice is sent to your email after purchase. If you need a business invoice, let us know at checkout or via email.
