1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at support@euraid.store before the 14-day period ends.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Items that are returned damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition may be rejected or refunded partially.

3. Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable or expired goods (e.g., food rations, water pouches once opened)

  • Custom kits or modified products

  • Items explicitly marked as “final sale”

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)

  • Contact your bank

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the issue.

7. Return Address

To return your product, we will provide the return address within the return process.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior approval.
